Pneumatic grippers
Pneumatic grippers provide a gentle and secure gripping solution for lifting different shaped objects without mechanical compression. They are particularly suitable for handling glass, sheet metal, plastics, painted surfaces, machined parts and various shaped pieces in industrial production.
1. Plate stickers
For lifting and handling plates.
The pneumatic plate carrier with suction cups or with area support is suitable for lifting different types of plates. It can be equipped with a rotation feature. The suction cups of the grabber or the regional grabber create a vacuum, which allows a firm and gentle grip without mechanical compression.
The structure is sized according to the size, material and weight of the panel. Tarrain can operate independently or as part of a larger lifting or transfer device. The sheet tray is suitable for handling metal sheets, plastic sheets, tempered glass and other sheets.
2. Suction holders
For lifting cylindrical objects.
Pneumatic suction cups are suitable for lifting flat cylindrical objects. The suction cups of the gripper create a vacuum which allows a firm and gentle grip without mechanical compression.
The structure is sized according to the size, weight and surface material of the piece. The suction cups can operate independently or as part of a lightener and a lifting device.
Suction guns are suitable for glass, painted parts, steel and other smooth surfaces.
3. Clamp-like adhesives
For many different shapes.
The clamp-type gripper is a solution for situations where the object to be lifted is not flat or not suitable for suction. Gripping is done mechanically, by squeezing the object with one or more pairs of jaws.
The structure and design of the jaws are tailored to the shape and weight of the object to be lifted. The clamp-type gripper can be integrated into a lighter or used as part of a manual or automated lifting solution.
The clamp-type gripper is suitable for handling castings, machined parts, rollers and cylindrical parts.

Pneumatic grippers provide a gentle and secure gripping solution for lifting different shaped objects without mechanical compression. The gripping is based on the vacuum created by the suction cups or the area gripper – enabling a safe and effective grip on, for example, plates or cylindrical objects. If suction is not possible, clamp-type gripping is used, where the piece is mechanically clamped using pairs of jaws.
The grabs can be designed either as stand-alone devices or integrated as part of a lighter, hoist or other transfer solution. The structure is always sized according to the shape, material, size and weight of the object to be lifted. The pneumatic gripper can also be equipped with a swivel function or with interchangeable gripping surfaces.
Pneumatic grippers are particularly suitable for processing glass, sheet metal, plastics, painted surfaces, machined parts and various shapes in industrial production. They allow fast, safe and gentle handling of the workpiece – whether it is a thin sheet, a cylindrical piece or an irregular casting.
