Mikael Ekholm

I studied mechanical engineering at LUT University in Lappeenranta. In my studies, I have delved into steel structure design, welding technology and strength calculation.

I started at Hefmec in 2021 as a designer and my first tasks were related to steel structure design, changes to existing structures, design of new structures and strength calculations. Later, I worked as a designer, focusing on work equipment projects that required strength calculation skills.

Most of my free time is spent working on boats and other free time projects, but now and then you can also find me with a snare drum in my hand hooking a pike.
