Mattias HUovinen

I started at Hefmec in 2022. I work at Hefmec as a tool designer as part of our design team.

I graduated from LUT University with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. I did my diploma thesis on a topic with an emphasis on strength calculation. In my studies, I specialized in steel structure design and welding technology, of which I have practiced steel structure design in my previous employment.

After working days, most of my free time is spent in the gym, running or frisbee golf. In addition, whenever the opportunity arises, I pack my backpack and go on a hike to enjoy nature.
