Mattias HUovinen

I started at Hefmec in 2022 as a tool designer as part of our design team.

I graduated from LUT University with a degree in mechanical engineering. My diploma thesis was on a topic with a focus on strength calculation. In my studies, I specialised in structural steel design and welding technology, of which I have worked in structural steel design in my previous employment.

After work, most of my free time is spent in the gym, running or playing frisbee golf. And whenever I get the chance, I pack my rucksack and go hiking to enjoy the great outdoors.
