Minna Savolainen

I am an expert in logistics and production processes with strong experience in both operational and strategic management. I have worked for about 25 years in demanding industrial projects in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Russia. I can communicate fluently in several languages. My strengths include overall management, capacity and resource planning, multicultural teamwork and hands-on, results-oriented leadership.

I started my career in development in the engineering industry in 1995. I then moved into logistics and project management in the automotive industry. I have held positions of responsibility in logistics and production at various management levels in several countries, particularly in the automotive and engineering industries.

During my career, I have developed logistics and manufacturing in a wide range of environments – from mass production to international contract manufacturing and defence projects. I have led large teams, built logistics solutions for multiple countries and been responsible for planning, implementing and reporting on global supply chains. My work is based on a systematic, transparent approach and continuous improvement.

In 2025, I joined Hefmec, where I will be responsible for opening new markets and promoting operational projects for existing customers.

I spend my free time with my family doing sports and enjoying my own garden.
