Nuclear and energy industry

WORKING METHODS AND TOOLS

Our expertise in the nuclear and energy industry is used in industrial materials handling, for example. The working methods we have developed allow for more efficient maintenance without compromising safety. We have supplied hundreds of working methods, tools and equipment to the nuclear and energy industries. We design and supply products with CE marking.

Case

Lifting tool and radiation shield for handling shafts

Our customer had to lift and turn large axles during maintenance. The lifting tool developed by Hefmec enabled heavy and awkwardly shaped shafts to be handled safely, efficiently and uniformly.

In addition, functions were developed for the lifting aid, reducing the number of other production aids from three to one.

Thanks to the lifting device, the work steps for handling the piece were made easier and the work was made safer from a radiation point of view.

Said

What do our customers in the nuclear industry say about us?

I often have ideas about implementation, but Hefmec also has good and even better ideas.

We are delighted to have found Hefmec as our supplier. All Hefmec guys are worth 10.

Hefmec has adapted well to the heavy bureaucracy of the client. Very quick response and well prepared guys in meetings.

On behalf of Hefmec, they are active in our direction. The presentations are of high quality and make it easy to show the progress of the project to others in my organisation.

The cooperation with Hefmec has been going well. It's good that in the Teams meeting we have the courage to listen and not to talk at cross-purposes.
