1. OptiBeam - Adjustable lifting beam (WLL 1000-5000 kg)
We supply lifting beams with both adjustable and fixed lifting points. The object to be lifted is gripped by lifting chains, lifting lines or individually designed lifting points.
OptiBeam is designed to be as lightweight and easy to use as possible, so that it can be used effortlessly in confined spaces or when moved by hand. Adjusting the lifting points is quick and easy without tools, and the integrated scale on the beam makes it easy to make the right adjustment accurately and safely.
The lifting beam is suitable for lifting machine parts, steel nipples, concrete beams or other long loads.
2. OptiBeam HEAVY - Adjustable lifting beam (WLL >5000Kg)
OptiBeam HEAVY is specially designed for handling heavy and bulky workpieces. This model is suitable for demanding lifts where the load exceeds 5 tonnes and the lifting situation requires precise load control.
The lifting beam uses a variety of adjustable lifting points that allow the load to be balanced in different situations. The beam adapts to the shape and centre of gravity of the object to be lifted, improving safety and facilitating handling.
Developed specifically for the needs of heavy industrial production, steel and prefabricated construction, the crane beam is built to withstand heavy use.
3. FIXEDBEAM - Fixed lifting beam / Lifting boom
FixedBeam is a cost-effective solution with fixed lifting points for applications where the products to be lifted are standardised.
Typical products lifted include pipes, cylinders, concrete products and other industrial products. We supply lifting beams for both small and large masses (>10 t).
The choice of materials, hanging height, locations of lifting links and fixing solutions are tailored to the application.
NOTE: The products are examples of a product that we tailor for the customer. If necessary, Hefmec will design each lifting accessory to meet the customer’s needs.
Lifting beam - Product description
Lifting beams are used to lift pieces with the lifting points aligned in a straight line.
In the adjustable versions, the mobility of the lifting points allows products of different sizes to be lifted with a single tool. Our products have been used to lift very heavy items.
In low spaces, the lifting points can be designed so that the lifting points can directly grip the object to be lifted. This saves on the lifting height. Our products thus save on procurement costs and production costs.
Lifting beams with fixed lifting points are cost-effective in industrial environments where products of the same size and shape are lifted repeatedly.
