1. OptiBeam - Adjustable lifting beam (WLL 1000-5000 kg)
One tool – multible applications.
OptiBeam is a lightweight and easy to handle adjustable lifting beam, suitable for versatile lifting in different working environments. Adjusting the lifting points is quick and easy without tools, and the integrated measuring scale makes it easy to make the right adjustment accurately and safely.
OptiBeam is suitable for lifting machine parts, steel nipples, concrete beams or other long loads.

OptiBeam is available in different sizes for loads from 1000 kg to 5000 kg. In the table below you can see the dimensions, maximum liftable mass (WLL) and pricing of the different options.

2. OptiBeam HEAVY - Adjustable lifting beam (WLL >5000Kg)
For lifting heavy objects.
OptiBeam Heavy has been developed for demanding applications where pieces over 5 tonnes are handled. Adjustable lifting points and a reinforced profile allow the lifting beam to be precisely adapted to heavy loads of different shapes. This improves work safety and makes handling much easier. The product is always tailored to the customer’s needs.
OptiBeam Heavy is suitable for prefabricated construction, the steel industry and for lifting large machine parts – wherever the mass to be lifted is large and precision is crucial.
3. FIXEDBEAM - Fixed Lifting Boom (WLL 1000-200 000kg)
The Fixedbeam is a suitable solution for applications where the objects to be lifted are of the same size and shape. Typical applications include pipes, cylinders and concrete products.
The fixed lifting point and standardised design make use quick and repeatable. The FixedBeam is suitable for both small and large masses – from 1 tonne up to 200 tonnes.
The choice of materials, hanging height, locations of lifting links and fixing solutions are tailored to the application.
NOTE: The products are examples of a product that we tailor for the customer. If necessary, Hefmec will design each lifting accessory to meet the customer’s needs.
Product description
Lifting booms are used to lift pieces with the lifting points aligned in a straight line.
In the adjustable versions, the mobility of the lifting points allows products of different sizes to be lifted with a single tool. Our products have been used to lift very heavy items.
In low spaces, the lifting points can be designed so that the lifting points can directly grip the object to be lifted. This saves on the lifting height. Our products thus save on procurement costs and production costs.
